The Client engaged Rose & Jones for our Evaluate and Negotiate service to help her secure this stunning 3-bedroom apartment in Bondi. After seeing the property online late Saturday night with the auction on the following Wednesday and our client flying out of Sydney Tuesday, we had to move quick. We were able to get our client into a private inspection on the Monday and conduct all due diligence on the property by Tuesday night. Using our experience in negotiation, our relationship with the agent and our analysis, we established the property’s value in a shifting market and formed a negotiation strategy ready for auction on Wednesday. We secured the property $200K less then what our client was prepared to pay, supported by our analysis. The client is very happy with the result and excited to move into her new Bondi home.
