The client engaged Rose & Jones as they are expats looking for an investment property to eventually move into when they return to Australia. The initial brief was for a large apartment in Bondi however as we went through the journey they realised they wanted a house where they could add value to or knockdown rebuild to create a home for their growing family. At which point we redirected our search to the Northern Beaches which offered them a beach lifestyle, tranquillity and the opportunity to secure a freestanding home on a large block for the same price an apartment in Bondi would afford them. After we redirected this search we looked for 3 weeks before securing a home pre-auction and for less than where the reserve for the auction was. The client was thrilled to have secured a property on a large block, for less than they were prepared to pay that provides them with future scope to build their dream beachside home.
