Our client engaged Rose & Jones to assist with the purchase of an investment property, seeking guidance as they were both time poor and unfamiliar with the local market. The investment had a very specific purpose, requiring us to balance personal criteria with long-term fundamentals of a quality asset.

After casting a wide net, we refined our search to a targeted area and ultimately sourced an off-market opportunity. We however let it run to market as we felt that was the best way to avoid paying a premium but rather fair market value and we were able to sweeten the deal with terms that suited both the vendor and purchaser.

The result is a property that has the fundamentals of a strong investment: a functional layout with bedroom separation, north-facing orientation, boutique block, outdoor space, and a quiet street location only minutes from the train station and shops.
