The client engaged Rose & Jones as they had been searching for a family home and felt limited for options. They were a young couple seeking a family home in a convenient location with level land. It was a very specific zone we were searching and the client wanted a quiet leafy street in particular and aesthetics of the surrounding area was important to them. We sourced multiple options for them to view both on and off market and secured a property that we initially inspected pre-market. However through monitoring the market and having in depth conversations with the selling agent, we determined it would be best to wait and we ultimately secured the property through post auction negotiations.
