The client was referred to Rose & Jones by previous clients. They were downsizing and required assistance to help source property. Given the downsizer market was quite limited with options for the suburbs they were seeking they saw value in engaging us to uncover opportunities. The majority of properties presented to them were off market and sourced through constant contact and good relationships with selling agents. The client also saw value in abillity to evaluate property to ensure they were paying fair market value. We ultimately sourced a beautiful level access apartment for them in their desired suburb under their budget. We tirelessly negotiated on their behalf which the clients were incredibly grateful for. It was a wonderful outcome for all parties.
