After previously using Rose & Jones for an acquisition for their last home, the client engaged Rose & Jones again for our Evaluate & Negotiate service after unexpectedly finding a property they wanted to buy. Knowing our processes and with the auction coming up in a matter of days, the client sought our help to assess the property. Quickly after this we found out the property would not be proceeding to auction as offers had been made and we had a time limit to put our offer forward. Through strategic conversations with the selling agent, we were able to negotiate and position ourselves as the most favourable buyer and ultimately purchased the property well below our clients limit for this property.
