Our overseas client were relocating to Australia from the UK. They have 2 teenage daughters and were after a family home large enough to accommodate them as well as the space their daughters required, but not as large as the home the had in the UK. They wanted to be within walking distance to shops and transport and have easy access to the beach as well as having a home which was renovated and they could move straight in to. Their budget was within a competitive price range and with good quality stick being limited pickings were slim. We were able to find an off market opportunity which met the criteria of the client and strike a deal away from the highly competitive open market.
