The client sought out Rose & Jones as they were new to the process of buying property and wanted to be supported in the process. After meeting with us the client knew they wanted to sign on and immediately engaged Rose & Jones as their exclusive Buyer’s Agent. We sourced a number of properties and then spent a day inspecting property properties with the client. Following this exercise we were able to refine the search and then found a property that ticked all the boxes which the client fell in love with. We monitored the campaign through to auction and successfully secured. The client felt supported by our process and our evaluation of the property provided our client with comfort for their budget parameters.
