The client was a young couple looking to purchase a semi-detached home to move into. The home needed to provide space to entertain however was going to be a stepping stone home as a 5-10 year hold before upsizing to a larger home as their family grew. They wanted to be within walking distance to the beach and within close proximity to transportation. This home on Adams Avenue Malabar provided these requirements.
