Our client was looking to upsize and had specific requirements for their home acquisition. The majority of properties sourced were off market that the general public would never have access to. This ranged from estates to waterfront properties. The magnificent “Jenner” house came on the market, however after evaluating the property’s value and discussions with the agent, we felt it was best for our client to let it run to auction and not participate. The property passed in and we secured in the weeks following for significantly less than what the reserve was at auction.
