Since co-founding Rose & Jones in 1998, Byron has led a team inspecting of over 25,000 residential and commercial properties with purchases of more than $1 billion worth of property on behalf of clients.

With more than 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial property acquisition, leasing and asset-management, his is a unique perspective covering all aspects of acquisition and management across residential, retail, commercial and industrial property.

Prior to establishing Rose & Jones, Byron spent six years working for the leading global commercial property services company, Jones Lang LaSalle and a further four years managing and developing a private property portfolio with more than $200m in assets.

His industry knowledge, understanding of property markets and value and proven negotiation skills enable him to provide superior advice. This along with his investment analysis and asset management expertise positions him as a leader in the property industry.

With an approach that is both analytical and empathetic, Byron manages to balance an absolute adherence to the fundamentals of value while taking a truly personal interest in fulfilling the aspirations of each and every client.

Byron is a founding member of the NSW Real Estate Institute buyer’s agency chapter and has served as an executive committee member for 15 years.

Additionally, he has served as president of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agents Association (REBAA): the industry body formed to promote the services of exclusive buyer’s agents, to advocate for the property buyer – and charged with creating a code of ethics as a standard for all buyer’s agents in Australia.
