Our client was a repeat client and having started their portfolio for them, we were asked to add to it diversifying within the residential market but complimenting their longterm goals – factoring in tax benefits/needs today however, with growth for the future in mind and income in retirement – not always an easy task. It’s a privilege to do what I do – we do; so once the strategy was locked down with certainty, in a matter of days the perfect property was identified off market and secured within 72 hours, getting a lease back for the vendors as was negotiated, with the lease ending in the spring, the optimal time to lease most property. A great investment, a good tenant and just in time for the end of financial year so they can lock in some big tax benefits for them in the financial year.
