Our client was looking to secure a family home in Castlecrag on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. They were very specific to the location they wanted to be in, Castlecrag only and close to shops and transport. The home was to have a minimum of 4 bedrooms, be renovated and have good indoor outdoor living. When this property on Sunnyside Crescent came to the market we were able to successfully secure the property at auction.
