The client engaged Rose & Jones after relocating back to Sydney from overseas. Location was important as was the layout of the home. We sourced properties on behalf of the client and looked at a number of properties both on and off market. Ultimately the property we ended up purchasing was one of the first we inspected however the price point at the time was just beyond the budget and we decided to move away from the property. After 3 months into the search we revisited this option and secured at a level that was fair market value along with favourable terms. The client was thrilled and excited to be able to now be able to be settled back home in Sydney.
