This client had been looking for an apartment to move into. The client wanted to be in an apartment in a quiet coastal location. Have an apartment with views yet a private setting close to the beach. She had been looking for more than 2 years before engaging with Rose & Jones. We were able to secure a seaside apartment on Dellview Street Tamarama for her off market away from the competition.
