The client was a young family looking to return to the Eastern Suburbs. The goal was to secure a property with long term potential in a strong beach side position. Within 6 weeks, after inspecting a handful of properties, Rose & Jones secured a semi-detached house 200m from Coogee Beach prior to auction, prime for works to create a beach side family home.
