The clients engaged Rose & Jones for our Evaluate & Negotiate Service after searching for a suitable investment property for the past 6 months and identifying an attractive offering in the increasingly popular suburb of Potts Point. The clients sought advice and education around the property’s value as well as the correct purchasing strategy. Due to being extremely time poor they also needed assistance with the logistics of preparing for auction. Within four days of the client engaging Rose & Jones, we inspected the property, carried out formal due diligence and successfully purchased the offering at auction where there were 8 registered bidders and a pre-determined bidding strategy was deployed. We will now lease and manage the property and continue the newly formed relationship with our new clients.
