Our client engaged us for our Vendor Advocacy service to divest out of a Milsons Point property that we’d purchased for their family 8 years earlier.

Before appointing their selling agent, we reviewed all agent’s proposals and market appraisals. We also negotiated fees and marketing costs as needed. Ultimately, we appointed the agent who we assessed was best suited. This was based on their knowledge and volume of transactions in the area – and their excellent local track record.

Throughout the campaign, we were the main point of contact for the selling agent.
