This Vendor Advocacy Service was provided to facilitate the sale of one of the first properties these clients had ever purchased in Sydney.

They were time poor at the time of the sale and needed some assistance managing the process. Since they’d used our services before, we were the natural choice to oversee the sale and appoint their selling agent.

We began the campaign off-market to gauge the level of buyer interest for the property. Before long, we decided it was appropriate to move to a full Auction campaign.

Throughout the Auction marketing process, we had regular meetings with the selling agent to discuss strategy. Despite limited buyer interest by Auction day, our advice paired with the selling agent’s outstanding buyer-management skills resulted in a strong result for our clients. The property was exchange shortly after Auction for a fantastic price.
