We purchased this apartment in Wilberforce Avenue Rose Bay after the clients engaged Rose & Jones to assist with their long term goal of securing a ground floor apartment within a tightly held pocket of Rose Bay which they could downsize to when appropriate. With a very specific brief, we targeted selected buildings and streets within the desired area. After identifying, inspecting and evaluating a property which met the criteria we negotiated a great result on behalf of our clients. We will now lease and manage the asset until the clients are ready to move in.
