The client was repatriating to Australia and required a home with specific requirements.They wished to acquire a family home and initially had a budget of $30m.

All opportunities sought were not on market and were sourced through relationships that had been developed with Rose & Jones over 20+ years with key agents and due to our reputation, selling agents and vendors were comfortable dealing with us knowing all information would be handed discretely and not shared with anyone other than the client.

The client eventually increased their budget, so they were able to realise the home they had envisioned for their family. We ultimately secured a property off market for $40m. And although above their initial budget this home was one of the first properties we sourced and inspected at the beginning of their 12 month journey.
