We purchased this fantastic apartment, 5/49 Osborne Road Manly, on behalf of the client pre-auction. The client was a first home buyer who was looking to lay down long term roots in Manly. After inspecting 8 properties, 3 of which were off-market, we strategically submitted a pre-auction bid on a recently renovated apartment in a well maintained block. Due to the strong interest and number of prospective purchasers we applied some timing pressure as to alleviate as much competition as possible and secured the property for well below our clients budget.
