The client engaged Rose & Jones to find them a family home between Rose Bay and South Coogee with a good sized backyard with reasonable access from the home. The property needed to have period features and be in a good condition ready to move in to. This particular property was not on the clients radar and they didn’t have too much interest in inspecting the property however the Buyers Agent strongly recommended they do as it fit a good majority of their brief. Needless to say they saw what the Buyers Agent saw and they fell in love with it. John negotiated a fantastic price on behalf of the client and secured it prior to going to auction.
