The clients brief was a low maintenance, Northern Beaches weekender to enjoy with children and Grand children as they start moving towards their retirement. There were a number of Feng Shui requirements which added an extra layer of complexity to the search so when we inspected a number of properties and arrived at 70a Irrubel Road, the property spoke to them and it was just a matter of securing it efficiently on behalf of the client knowing that there were two other buyers interested. We successfully purchased the property and the clients were incredibly happy.
