Our client engaged us for our Vendor Advocacy service, to divest out of their property, 81/15-19 Boundary Street Darlinghurst, which we purchased as in investment on their behalf 8 years ago. Our Vendor Advocacy service is managing the process for the client, including prepping the property for sale, selecting 3 top agents in the area to meet with and ultimately appoint one to sell the property.
