Rose & Jones was engaged on a Friday afternoon to negotiate and acquire a property identified by our clients as their future home. Through a focused and strategic negotiation process, our team successfully exchanged contracts by Sunday, securing the property within just 48 hours of engagement. As our clients are planning to relocate to the property in the coming years, it will initially be retained as an investment and leased to tenants. To support the needs of both parties, Rose & Jones negotiated a leaseback arrangement with the vendors, allowing them additional time in the property while providing our clients with certainty around occupancy and investment planning. Following settlement, our clients elected to continue their relationship with Rose & Jones by appointing our Property Management Team to oversee the apartment during the interim investment period.
