This client engaged Rose and Jones source and secure a family bolt hole in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

They needed a base for their family while the children were at boarding school. Plus a viable short term rental when they were all at home in country NSW. For these reasons, the apartment needed the fundamentals of a solid investment. 2-3 bedrooms with good separation, open plan living, parking, outdoor space and a location close to amenity.
