A local buyer, this client wanted to purchase a home to reside in. She required an apartment close to the CBD and within close proximity to various amenities. The apartment at 133 Goulburn Street had the space she as looking for with it being a warehouse style apartment. Although in good condition it also allowed opportunity to add value. We purchased the apartment prior to auction and the client was able to move in and carry out the desired renovations.
