The client had been trying to secure a property in Bondi Beach for over a year before engaging with Rose & Jones. The major reasons she wasn’t securing assets was due to being time poor – could not devote the attention the project that it needed and understanding values, as they vary widely in Bondi Beach. After formally engaging Rose & Jones were were, within 3 weeks, able to identify 2 suitable properties which fit the brief and budget. We participated in both auctions for the properties and were unsuccessful at the auction of the first one and then after doing our research, and executing our strategy we secured this apartment on Beach Road with one bid at auction, while our client was overseas, giving us power if attorney to act on her behalf.
