As an expat who recently moved back to Australia from London, the client engaged Rose & Jones to assist them on their journey of finding a home. Having been living overseas for a number of years, the client was feeling their way through the suburbs again. We went on a journey of casting a wide net over a few suburbs and inspecting properties to give a feel for locations and also an education piece on value for money. Through this exercise the client decided to be in Paddington/Woollahra. We narrowed in on these locations and were shortlisted three strong options being on market, off market and pre market opportunities. We ultimately secured a property post auction for approximately $30k p/sqm which represented great buying in Paddington!
