Rachel Rose co-founded Rose & Jones alongside Byron Rose in 1998 and has played an integral role in the growth and success of the business for more than two decades. With extensive experience spanning property development, property management, real estate sales, trust accounting and business operations, Rachel brings a comprehensive understanding of the property industry and the many disciplines required to support successful property ownership and investment.
Throughout her career, Rachel has worked across all aspects of real estate, developing expertise in both operational and client-facing roles. Her experience includes four years as a Development Manager, overseeing projects from planning through to delivery, as well as senior positions in property management and business operations. This diverse background has given her a unique perspective on the property lifecycle and the strategic, financial and operational factors that underpin successful projects and investments.
As a co-founder of Rose & Jones, Rachel has been instrumental in establishing the systems, processes and service standards that continue to define the business today. Her strong understanding of trust accounting, compliance, client service and property operations has helped support the company's continued growth and reputation for professionalism.
An Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales, Rachel combines strong industry knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Her extensive experience managing property portfolios, development projects and business operations enables her to provide valuable insight and support across a broad range of property disciplines.
