Georgia Dodds is a Buyers Associate within the Rose & Jones Buyer Advocacy team, supporting clients throughout their property search and acquisition journey. With a background spanning both residential real estate and commercial buying, Georgia brings strong market awareness, exceptional organisational skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
Prior to joining Rose & Jones, Georgia worked in residential leasing in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, where she developed a solid foundation in property, client service and market analysis. Her experience managing end-to-end leasing campaigns, conducting inspections and building strong client relationships has equipped her with a detailed understanding of the property market and the importance of delivering exceptional service.
Before transitioning into real estate, Georgia built a successful career in fashion and retail buying, holding positions with leading brands including ASICS, THE ICONIC and Princess Polly. Over more than four years in buying and commercial roles, she developed expertise in market research, negotiation, strategic sourcing, supplier management and analysing consumer trends to inform purchasing decisions.
Known for her professionalism, attention to detail and strong people skills, Georgia takes pride in building genuine relationships and ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience. Her commercial mindset, combined with a passion for property and commitment to continuous learning, makes her a valuable member of the Rose & Jones team.
Having completed her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and with aspirations of becoming a Buyer's Agent, Georgia is focused on further developing her expertise while helping clients navigate the property market with confidence.
