Rose & Jones were retained by a client looking to acquire multiple properties for retirement. They had specific requirements which needed to be met in order to do so. Sally sourced and secured two off market properties in two separate transactions however at the same time and part of the same development. After inspecting Lot 8 in the Nagurra Place development, Sally pressed the selling agent to see if there was an opportunity to secure any other lots within the development. Lot 5 became of interest and Sally kept in contact with the selling agent and advised we would have interest in several properties if we could get a 5.5% net return. We eventually came to an agreement and secured Lot 5 & Lot 8 at this level.
