The clients engaged Rose & Jones to help secure their family home in the highly competitive Northern Beaches market after being unsuccessful in three prior purchasing attempts over a 6 month period. The property needed to be as close to local amenity and the beach as possible, with scope to renovate over both the short and long term. Within three weeks of engagement we were able to secure a freestanding, four bedroom home prior to auction in the ever popular suburb of North Curl Curl. We negotiated terms which will allow the clients to access the property prior to settlement as to begin planning their desired works.
