Following a return to Australia from the UK, our clients were referred to our Buyer’s Agency to buy their family home. They needed a renovated house in certain pockets of the Eastern Suburbs.

Room for a growing family was a must, as well as extra accommodation for visitors. They also had a specific floor plan and layout in mind.

After considering a range of properties in differing locations, the budget parameters were increased for an additional bedroom and improved condition.

Soon afterwards an on market property was found that met all of their needs.

With all due diligence carried out in an efficient manner, we were able to produce an unconditional offer and secure the home without competition.
