Their preferred acquisition would have been an existing facility however they were open to greenfield or brownfield opportunities. After identifying a site and being convinced the changing demographics in the Sutherland Shire would meet the objectives of their business model, we moved to secure a brownfield site that met all the requirements of their brief that also supported their growth strategy.
