68 Victoria Street Paddington, was purchased in post auction negotiations on behalf of a long term, repeat client of Rose & Jones. After inspecting four properties, we focused on a renovated, two bedroom terrace in the heart of Paddington. Less than one week after inspecting the property, we secured the offering at auction. After strategically allowing the property to pass in we entered into negotiating directly with the vendor. We will now manage the asset for our client, who has purchased multiple properties over the last 18 years with the help of Rose & Jones.
