Initially our clients were keen on an apartment or townhouse in Avoca for a weekend getaway from their busy lives in Sydney. They had holidayed there frequently over the years and enjoyed the walk to the beach.

After a month or so of searching, we decided to venture a bit further north to see what was available. Demand from Sydneysiders in these pockets have been enormous. Prices have run up quickly in the past 6-8 months.

After several reconnaissance trips, we narrowed the search to several beaches north of Terrigal.

We found this property pre market and did all of our due diligence prior to the first inspection.

Despite stiff competition, we secured the property within 4 days of inspection.

It was our client’s first property purchase in nearly 30 years and they are particularly thrilled with their new beach house. An easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach through a lovely national park.
