Our clients engaged Rose & Jones as time poor interstate buyers seeking a Sydney bolthole close to the CBD. Their brief was for a modern or new build apartment of at least 90sqm, with good natural light, a smart layout in a well run building with facilities.

With no shortage of supply in the target suburbs, our focus was on identifying a property that stood out, offering space, a favourable aspect, good amenity and thoughtful bedroom separation – good for families and renters.

Over three consecutive weekends, we inspected a mix of on-market, pre-market and off-market opportunities. We ultimately found a property that ticked many boxes and successfully secured at a price and terms that suited our clients.
