The client is an expat located in Hong Kong and was looking to purchase a high end property in Sydney. The property should be contemporary with 3+ bedrooms and preferably a north facing aspect, with a large outdoor area and within walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. We were able to secure an apartment which met this brief within a timely manner and within a well known exclusive block on Cross Street Double Bay. We were familiar with the building as Rose & Jones had purchased in their several times and the building was in a prime location in Double Bay.
