The client was a first time investor from rural NSW looking to purchase a studio apartment in the Potts Point area. The client successfully purchased a North facing studio in the desirable Potts Point location. The studio is located within a beautiful art deco building, in a great location close to an array of shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was secured at auction by Oliver Dunstan whilst the client was travelling interstate.
