Rose & Jones were engaged by a repeat client to secure their second investment property.

While waiting for finance approval, we researched several markets – inner-city apartments, beachside apartments in Maroubra and Cronulla, and freestanding homes in the Sutherland Shire. During our search in Cronulla, Bundeena became part of the conversation as the client had always envisioned eventually moving out of Sydney.

When a home offering space, lifestyle and long-term owner-occupier potential came to market, it aligned perfectly with their goals. We inspected on Friday, submitted an offer Saturday, completed due diligence Monday and exchanged on Tuesday.
