The client required an investment property to be purchased prior to end of financial year. We had three weeks to accomplish this task and we were not only able to exchange but negotiate a settlement prior to end of financial year. In addition after buying one property the client wanted to buy a second within the same time frame. We secured this new one bedroom apartment on Gerard Street. With it being new it allowed for good depreciation.
