Toby Rose

Toby began his career at Rose & Jones in 2020, working on a casual basis while completing his Bachelor of Business at UTS, majoring in Accounting, which he completed in 2024.
Having grown up around property, Toby developed a strong understanding of the industry from an early age. He has learnt a great deal from his father, Byron Rose, who brings over 35 years of experience to the field.
This mentorship, combined with Toby’s own curiosity and dedication, has shaped his thoughtful and considered approach to his work.
Toby is calm, softly spoken, and known for his considerate manner – qualities that make him approachable and easy to work with.
Now focused on Commercial Asset Management, he plays a key role in supporting leasing activity and managing the tenant application process. He’s also involved in the day-to-day management of complex assets, including budget strategy, lease negotiations, and client communication.
Outside of work, Toby is a car enthusiast and enjoys getting outdoors, especially mountain biking.
