A professional couple living in the local area with three young children were looking for their “forever” family home.

In a tightly held and highly sort after market, finding the right property wasn’t going to be easy. After a yearlong search, Rose & Jones were engaged.

The client was looking for a four bedroom Californian bungalow with two bathrooms and parking as well as being close to amenities, parks and transport on circa 550sqm. As the buyer’s journey progressed, Rose & Jones were able to unearth and present a series of off market properties each providing a different offerings.

The brief was amended organically throughout the journey whereby the client realised that they needed to look for something bigger than a 550sqm bungalow, a rare find in Willoughby.

Rose & Jones managed to negotiate a great off market sale for a property on a near 700sqm with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two parking plus a pool in a blue ribbon street. The property had not been offered in over 35 years and was secured by Rose & Jones after just one inspection.
