Oliver Dunstan

Following his appointment as Partner and Co-General Manager in October 2026, Oliver joined the ownership group of Rose & Jones after more than a decade with the business, having played an instrumental role in the growth of both the Buyers Agency and Queensland operations.

Originally commencing his career with Rose & Jones in Sydney before returning to his hometown of the Gold Coast, Oliver has built a reputation as one of Australia's most experienced Buyers Agents. Over the course of his career, he has directly advised on and acquired more than $200 million worth of residential, commercial and investment property on behalf of clients.

As Partner, Co-General Manager and Licensee-in-Charge of the Queensland office, Oliver oversees the continued growth of the business while supporting both the Buyers Agency and Asset Management divisions. His extensive market knowledge, strategic approach to property acquisition and commitment to client outcomes have made him a trusted adviser to owner-occupiers, investors and family offices alike.

Working with clients across all asset classes and price points, Oliver is known for his ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex transactions and secure exceptional outcomes through thorough due diligence, strong industry relationships and skilled negotiation. Nearly half of the properties acquired through Rose & Jones are secured off-market, providing clients with access to opportunities that may otherwise never become publicly available.
