Although the next buyer offered to pay $20,000 more than our client, our offer was accepted and our clients bought the home. Providing certainty and offering the least path of resistance for the vendor made the difference in the sale.
Despite the other buyer missing out, they asked the selling agent how we managed to move so quickly. They were told that our clients had a buyer’s agent. This same buyer has since been in touch and we look forward to securing their dream home too.
