The purchase of this Wahroonga family home would not have been possible without a buyer’s agent.

As a busy medical specialist, our client needed to find a home for her and her family. Like many others, she had missed out on securing a suitable property too many times and her finance pre-approval was running out. Her mortgage broker referred her to our Buyer’s Agency for help.

She appointed our buyer’s agent Stuart Jones to assist with her purchase. Less than 3 weeks later she was the new owner of her ideal home.

The property was listed to Auction and was hotly contested by prospective purchasers. Stuart soon put her in the best position to own the property. Being prepared was everything – contract changes, pre-approval check, building report reviewed and the deposit was ready – it was all done in one day.

Although the next buyer offered to pay $20,000 more than our client, our offer was accepted and our clients bought the home. Providing certainty and offering the least path of resistance for the vendor made the difference in the sale.

Despite the other buyer missing out, they asked the selling agent how we managed to move so quickly. They were told that our clients had a buyer’s agent. This same buyer has since been in touch and we look forward to securing their dream home too.
