We eventually narrowed our search to concentrate specifically on Macleay Street Potts Point when the apartment came up in Ocean View we were able to secure it at the right price a day before the EOI was to close. Through a good relationship with the selling agent and by having the right conversations we were able to secure this property for the right price and terms on behalf of our client who were thrilled with the result.
