They were not wedded to a particular suburb and were open to areas, Lower and Upper North Shore, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. It was all about the house and the size of the block which was important as well as being conveniently located, they were also not shy of a project to be able to transform the house into their ideal family home.

After John inspected the property with in excess of 50 other groups at the first open inspection it was decided this was a fabulous opportunity and one the clients were keen to pursue. Through constant communication with the selling agent and efficiency in carrying out due diligence, John was able to offer a price and terms that were desirable to the Vendors who were happy to proceed with the exchange of contracts and ultimately secure the property.
