The client engaged Rose and Jones to assist in a search for their family home. The client lived in a beautiful home in Woollahra but needed more space for a young family, whilst being close to private schools.

After viewing a number of properties with our client, and carrying out extensive numerical due diligence, we narrowed the search area down to Bellevue Hill and found the perfect off market property. It has a great flowing floor plan for a young family, and on a big block to provide our client with sufficient room, whilst providing scope for our client to add their own finishing touches to the property.
